Generally, telephone enquiries are encouraged as they provide us with a better understanding of your existing or future needs.
Payment
Orders and or the reservation of any items can be made in writing or by email.
Items can be held once a 10 % ( non refundable) deposit has been received.
Bank details can be provided should cash be unavailable.
Delivery
Upon cleared payment, orders will be dispatched usually within one week, or by arrangement.
Due to the diverse stock that we hold all delivery options are priced separately.
If you require shipping please contact us to arrange and receive a delivery quote. All items can be available for collection within a week of completed payment.

Terms and conditions
We do our best to always provide an accurate description of each item with any age related wear and tear included on the pictures or in the description. Please be aware as all of our items are antiques or vintage there will potentially be knocks, bumps and in some occasions visual repairs. On the rare occasion you may not be satisfied with your purchase:
- All returns will be deemed acceptable if items are not as described.
- Damage in transit must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of the item, after that , Rarity will not accept returns for damage.
- Please note all items are photographed prior to us shipping.
- Returns will be reviewed and decisions made , within 14 days , in writing upon return to our warehouse or the shop, at the cost of the buyer. No returns will be accepted after this period.
